Diet supplements and vitamins can be a helpful part of any weight loss system.  In addition to keeping you healthy, a good diet supplement will allow you to eat less and not feel hungry.

I recommend doing a lot of research and carefully choosing any dietary supplement that you take.  It is best to ask your doctor before taking vitamins, especially if you hope to use them to lose weight.  If exercise is a key part of your weight loss system, then you might want to take calcium supplements.  Calcium is a very important vitamin.  It has been linked to healtheir bones, stronger muscles, fewer cramps, and even being in a better mood.  For this reason, I think that most people should take calcium as part of their weight loss systems.
